contact us and we'll send you both.

Returns Form and email the completed form to sales@pclairtechnology.com, our customer service team will then contact you with an RMA number and further information on how to return the items(s) to PCL.

The items(s) must be in their original unused and re-saleable condition - if they are not, we may not be able to accept them.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
